ID CHECK FAQ
In an effort to protect ourselves from fraudulent activity and to help preserve our integrity as a small business, curatedvan will be implementing new safety precautions for all customers and orders over $1000 CAD / USD.
Effective May 11, 2021, once an order is placed, you will see a prompt for identification (ID) verification at the end of checkout (example shown below). You will be sent an SMS and separate email from our trusted third-party service provider Real ID (by Verdict).

This is an automatic anti-fraud system with privacy protection, and we do not retain any copies of the photos you provide to Real ID. This extra procedure is only a standard security measure for preventing credit card fraud and to verify your identity.
