All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not condone fakes. All of our stock is inspected prior to being sold to ensure authenticity.

Yes, we do buy new/used sneakers.

If you are looking to sell, please send a list of your sneakers, condition and prices to our hello@curatedvan.com or fill out our contact form.

Only Canadian residents are required to pay sales tax. If you are buying internationally (ex. the USA, Australia, Europe, etc.), you are not required to pay the Canadian federal tax (GST/HST).

We are proud to be able to ship worldwide. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please contact us ahead of time. We ship using a variety of providers, such as Fedex and DHL.

All duties, taxes and/or levies are payable by the recipient of the package. We do not take responsibility for any duties, levies and/or taxes.

You can check your order's status at anytime by using the chat bubble located in the bottom right of the site, or by visiting the link you received in your order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping details and the tracking number.
