RETURN POLICY

Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted. If an item has been sent incorrectly (ex. wrong product), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note, we specialize in vintage/collectible items, which may be intended for collection purposes only or to be worn at your own discretion. Please consider this when placing your order. If in doubt or you have a question, please feel free to ask us!
In the rare event that the item(s) received is the wrong item/wrong size, the purchase may be eligible for a return/exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the details.
In order to be eligible for return, the following requirements must be met:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be in exact condition as when sold.
- All original product items must be included (box, tags, extra laces, etc.) and in the exact condition as sold.
- Return shipping must be completed within 48 hours once return eligibility is confirmed. Tracking is required for the shipment, if being returned.
- The item must be labeled as "Returned Merchandise" on the shipping form.
*Acceptance of returned items will be video recorded for legal purposes. Any attempted fraudulent activity will be handled accordingly.
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped from our studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Delivery times vary country to country, as well as what option is picked by customer.
Within North America, shipping typically costs $20-$25 USD. International costs from $40-$50. Please allow us 48 hours to process orders. We are not responsible for carrier delays to foreign countries.
Items will be sent as a gift/low value to try to help the buyer avoid custom fees.
Curatedvan assumes no responsibility for duties, taxes, tariffs and/or any levies charged by carriers, and they are payable by the recipient.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If an error on our part occurs and the package was mistakenly sent to the wrong address by us, the item will be re-shipped to you free of cost, with a new tracking number.
In the event of a package being returned to us ("returned to sender") as a mistake of the customer (ex. wrong or mistyped address when ordering), the package will be re-shipped at the customer's expense (payment will be invoiced and must be paid before order is resent).
If the re-shipping costs are not paid within 48 hours, the purchase price will be refunded, minus our original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee (up to $100).
Please note, the buyer is responsible for keeping an eye on the tracking number and collecting the item. All scheduled re-deliveries must be made by the recipient.
